How do I add Payyit to Shopify?
Step 1: Set Up Manual Payment Method
- Log in to Shopify and follow the steps below:
• Go to Shopify > Settings > Payments
• Scroll down to Manual Payments and click Add Manual Payment Method
• Enter the following details:
• Name: Pay with Credit/Debit Card and/or Pay by Bank Transfer
• Additional Details:
After clicking “Complete order,” you will receive instructions to securely make a Credit/Debit card or bank transfer via Payyit.
• Payment Instructions: Leave this field blank
- (Optional but Recommended):
• If you want to only accept payments via Payyit, disable or deactivate other payment methods such as Shopify Payments, PayPal Payments, etc.
Step 2: Add Order Status Page Script
- Go to: Shopify > Settings > Checkout > Additional Scripts
- Under “ Order Status Page,” add the following script:
